Sanshui Central Technological Industrial District (simplified as district) is located in the middle of Sanshui. It is 30km to Guangzhou . It has Hong Kong and Macao as neighbors. It is the neck connecting Guangzhou and southwest China and northwest Guangdong . It is also one of the nine largest industrial districts of Foshan City that are of great potential. Total area of the district is 61.54 sq km. The district is rich in land resource and fine in ecological environment. The district is comprised of Leping Central Industrial District, Xinan Private Technology Industrial District and Hengjiang Industrial District. The district bases on the capital of Sanshui-- Xinan Town and conjoins LePing Town to form an integrated unit. After years¡¯ construction, the district has completed basic facilities. There is a transportation network of roads, railways, water and three airports 50km around. It¡¯s only an hour¡¯s drive to Guangzhou Huangbu Port , Panyu Nansha Port and Huadu north railway station. Power is sufficient. Optical fibre has been connected to the district. The speed of ADSL is 8Mbps. There are service centers, investment offices, hospitals, police stations, banks, entertainment centers, markets and residential center. The investment service center was setup by Sanshui government in 2001. The district is working together with the center to provide a series of high quality service to investors.
The fine investment environment has attracted investors from America , Japan , Canada , Korea , Taiwan , Hong Kong , Macao , and so on. Some famous enterprises have been set up in the district , such as Koler and Foshan Plastics Changfeng Co.Ltd..
